Windows 7: error importing pictures

When I plug my camera I have a dialog letting me choose what program to use to import my pictures and if I choose windows wizard instead of picasa I'm not able to complete the process as I get an error saying that I don't have the rights to write the files. When I insist, some files are written but for most of them I have to skip it. Oddly, picasa doesn't have any problem at all importing my pictures.



I have a genuine seven ultimate. Does someone have a clue ?

Go to whatever folder Windows is attempting to write the files to and make sure that you have read/write permissions there.

To check permissions:
Right Click File/Folder > Properties > Security
