Music Players I've been looking through many media/music players lately for several things.
1. A program with low memory usage.
2. A program that I can be skinned well.
3. iPod Sync support.
4. Can be minimized into a toolbar.
I downloaded a bunch, and MediaMonkey was my go-to until I realized that it would crash a lot. I then went to Winamp, but I can't find a black/blue skin for it. All the others are great, but of course they don't have the skins I'm looking for.
If any of you know a media player with the requirements I need, or know a fix for the following problems I listed, please do so.
Thanks.

I think most people looking for the options you want use a program called Foobar 2000. It's a low memory usage media player that's easily skinnable and supports many extensions and whatnot. I'm not that familiar with it but I've heard good things. I'm pretty certain you can use it as a toolbar as well. foobar2000 | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Apple Macbook Pro (April 2009) OS W7 Ult. x64 | OS X CPU Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo 2.93Ghz [T9800 Penryn] Motherboard NVIDIA nForce 730i Rev. I am known for being picky. My PC has to be perfect. =P
Nah, I saw your sig, I'll try and keep that in mind.
Mm, I have foobar2000, but I don't know how to apply the skin. Where could I possibly get help for that kind of thing?

Foobar 2000 is pretty cool. It comes very simple package.
I mainly use it for it's converter, so I can mess around with audio tracks extracted from BluRay and DVD movies. I can decode both AC3 5.1 and DTS 5.1, and convert to AAC 5.1 for mp4's.
I just started ripping CD's and various audio in WAV and mess around with different encoding options.
I find the help with it limited, but you can check out : Hydrogenaudio Forums -> foobar2000
You can manipulate the panels and columns with it, and pretty much create your own skins.
You can get plug-ins for mass tagging, decoders for obscure audio formats, pretty much every format I have ever heard of.
I like it, just haven't fell in love with it yet. I still have WMP kickin most of the time. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Laptop Acer Aspire 6930 OS Windows 7 Professional CPU Intel Core2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz Memory 3 GB Graphics Card lowly Intel Express Chipset WHOPPING 64 mb dedicated.LOL Monitor(s) Displays 26" RCA and 40" Haier, and laptop 17" screen Screen Resolution 26":1366X768 40":1920X1080 Laptop Screen: 1366X768 Keyboard Microsoft Intellitype Wireless Multimedia Keyboard 1.1 Mouse Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2000 Hard Drives Onboard HDD 300 GB/

Te most skinnable music player is Xion . It minimizes to toolbar, and uses very very low amount of system resources, but not sure whether support ipod synchronization . Thanks, I'll check that out Arc. =)
On another note, does anyone know how to install themes on foobar2000? I downloaded a few I like, but they just come with some images and a few files, but no 'Themes' files. Help?
Thanks.
