How to make WPV slide shows only take up 1 monitor?

I remember on my previous OS, windows XP, Windows Photo Viewer would use only 1 monitor whenever slide shows were being displayed. However, on my Windows 7, it always blacks out both screens. Basically, I want to be able to have a slideshow play on one monitor and simultaneously be doing something else on the other. Could anyone please help me figure this one out? Thanks in advance. :]
