I''m trying to edit some videos to put on youtube but I can't open the files. Every time I try to add a H 264 video file I get an error message. Are there any codecs that I can download or programs that support H 264 video files.:sarc::sarc::sarc:

What's the file extension of said videos you are having problems with?

Give that a whirl. Windows Media Player shouldn't have a problem playing any H.264 encoded video now.

Windows includes a H.264 codec. No reason to install ffdshow in that case.
You can use individual splitters instead of downloading that entire package....It is a cpu hog compared to the native windows 7 codecs.
