Cant view pictures On my friends laptop, thumbnails and previews can be seen, but when you open a picture, nothing is there... I'm assuming some setting or something I've never seen before is messed up because when I look at the same pictures on my computer (both are Win 7) there isnt a problem... | My System Specs |

If you need help with your friend's computer, we'll need his full system specs. Also, what file type are these pictures? What program are you trying to open them with?

There's a possible solution here, if his Windows 7 Ultimate is 64-bit: Picture doesn't appear in Windows photo viewer.
Let me know if that works.
