Windows 7: Cant view pictures

On my friends laptop, thumbnails and previews can be seen, but when you open a picture, nothing is there... I'm assuming some setting or something I've never seen before is messed up because when I look at the same pictures on my computer (both are Win 7) there isnt a problem...

If you need help with your friend's computer, we'll need his full system specs. Also, what file type are these pictures? What program are you trying to open them with?

I dont exactly know the full specs... just that its a Toshiba Satellite about 2 years old... 4 GB RAM, Core 2 Duo T7200, Windows 7 Ultimate......... they are just jpegs that he is trying to open in Windows Photo Viewer.... when opened, its just white

Hi again,

There's a possible solution here, if his Windows 7 Ultimate is 64-bit: Picture doesn't appear in Windows photo viewer.

Let me know if that works.

Cant view pictures problems?
