    DVD - weird problem..

    well..

bought a DVD (says 0 bytes free of 4.00GB)
    played well till 37:59..then stopped
i opened the disc ..in VIDEO_TS folder: there are 2 .vob files-> VIDEO_TS.vob-> 8MB file=which is menu and VTS_01_1.vob->976 MB and this is 37:59...
so i guess the player cant start second file (if there is)..but there is no other .vob files...but again the disc is 4.00 GB full...i tried MPC.WMP. they dont play after 37:59..

only CyberLink PowerCinema is able to play..

    the question: WTF?!

    thanx in advance..

Well, the other file has to be there somewhere for it to play in PowerDVD. I'm not really sure why it would play there but not in other players if it was really missing the latter half of the video file. However, that doesn't really answer why it won't play in those other players. If you really want it to, then you can download the Shark Codecs for Windows 7 and see if it will play then in WMP.
