    PSD files won't open


    I've tried 4 free software programs that say they will open a Photoshop PSD file but they all won't with W7. How can I open PSD files with W7 without buying Photoshop?

    EDIT: I just downloaded and double checked and I can confirm that it opens and allows you to edit PSD files.
