    Try this update
    rich Internet applications | Adobe Flash Player

    You need to edit profile and system specs.
    may be a card problem or update needed.

    Looks like it might be your connection speed, run this test and post the result here, there is a copy button on the site when your results are shown.

    Hi rolly
    In my opinion your speed is far too low for effecting streaming. All you can do I'm afraid is to download the content and then play it on your PC. If you look at this thread;
    What's your Internet Speed?
    you will see that you have a very low speed compared to most others. Sorry to give you bad news but I'm pretty certain this is the cause of your problem.
    I have just re-checked my speed here;

    and streaming video "jumps" sometimes on mine!

    Just test your speed at different times of th day and also during the night if you can. Often speeds change with the amount of usage by others on your system. Not sure how it works in your part of the world though. Can you ask other near youin your locality to see what speeds they get?

    Nothing strange in that. it is exactly what you would expect, the smaller the frame size in pixels of the video the smaller the file size in mb's so the faster it will load, hence the streanming is better!
    Your findings confirm that it is your internet connection speed that is the problem, nothing to do with your PC :)
