    DRM Problem with Media Player

Is anyone having a problem playing downloaded music? DRM Problem with Media Player-drm.jpg

I have re-downloaded the music to my Windows 7 hardrive and still it keeps asking for a license.

Is this something you purchased from an online store?

I'm not sure what puretracks.com is, so if you do, let us know.

Don't click on the "update license"

Yes, purchased from Upbeats music: Upbeats music downloads

I can play the downloaded music with WMP 11 on my Vista partition.
I do have a problem with this downloaded music as I cannot get it transfered to my Zune player with either OS using the Zune software. The 2 could be related.

It seems other music that I've downloaded from their website is fine, no problems either playing it with WMP 12 in Windows 7 or transferring to my Zune player. It seems this Doors album is the problem.

Can you burn it to a CD, then see if it will play?

I booted to Vista and burned the songs no problem. I rebooted to Windows 7 and the cd played fine. I can't get these songs onto my Zune player in either OS.
