video module error

when i go throught my videos it loads the video thumbernail
i get a rundll this is the message in the image i have the product unistalled
why is this happening

Run Revo Unistaller to remove it completely.

To me it looks like you left some pieces behind.
Run CCleaner and see if that helps.

no weird i change DEP and restarted it now it is fine
