    network between desktop with 7 and laptop with vista


    I am new in the networking field even in home network. I want to create a network between these two different OS's and machines as well. The first question is whether to choose wireless connection or wired (via ethernet cable obviously). My prefference is that of wireless one if it is easily configurable. Is there any guide to my problem so I can see step by step with pictures what to do? Thanks in advance.

    These guides might be helpful. Wired is a bit easier and is a faster connection but wireless will work perfectly fine as well.
