Open port for utorrent

Dear Sir,

I am using u torrent for downloading.I want to download my file with high speed.But my u torrent show always 30kb to 500kb speed.I am connect through LAN network and using internet through proxy server. I don't know our LAN administrator allowing to us for downloading with u torrent & I also don't know which port is open for that job.Kindly please help how to find network open port for u torrent full speed access without administrator contact/knowledge.

You need to open a port between 30000 and 60000.

Also you need to configure your router's port forwarding feature to get the most rewarding experience using uTorrent.
