I got a problem with laggs!

Look my internet speed is 10MB.
Download speed is ok, everything is ok.
but when I play Counter-Strike my game has laggs!

    and not only that!
Skype, and everything that has to do with internet has this 1 second lagg!

Like... I play Counter Strike but every 30 second i got this half-1 second lag and it's annoying and really interuptting!!

    BTW... My internet is wirless.
I use windows 7 but i got that problem even when I used XP.
    I got 4 computers. 2 leptops, 2 pc's.

This happens even when nobody is using the internet!
I guess... I mean only my sister is using the internet all day I think.
Any way's... is there any way I could solve this lagging problem?

BTW, When I test my speed at speedtest.net It jumps to 200MB when my speed is only 10!!!

    WTH?

And somtimes it shows me that I got less then 10MB speed but When I check it everything is OK download speed is 1.2 MBPS!!!!

    but... only somtimes

this one was OK for the first time ever!!!!

    What to do?

It is either your ISP or your network setup. there is a free 3rd party app to check your computer. go here DPC Latency Checker download and run it.

Might also be that you are using "home-group, instead of the more reliable "workgroup". You can test it by setting up a new network connection using workgroup and try it

I downloaded this latency checker and everything is low but alot of time ther's a jump...
    Here's a pic

    Just like in the game!
Everything is ok... but then there's a lag!!! and then everything is ok again.
I set my internet to workgroup... and not I checked again with this latency program... and there are no jumps!!!
everything is clear... I'll check again in the game.
If I dont have any laggs tell me where you live and I'll come there and hug you!!!!! (jk)

Try to test for packet loss,

    click start
    type cmd, press enter
type ping -t google.com or some other website (or your CS server) let it run for 5-10 minutes.
press ctrl-c and look for the % of loss, or post a screenshot of the last ~10 lines
it should be <5% for a good connection.
