    Win 7 and Wireless connection.

I use as a base unit Router a Netgear DG834v3 hard-wired, to PC, using Dual boot Vista 32 bit Ultimate, Windows 7 RC1, both connect OK.

My laptop Acer 5720 with dual boot Vista 64 bit Ultimate and Windows 7 RC1, both connect OK.

Upstairs PC Dual boot Vista 64 bit and Windows 7 RC1, Vista connects OK, Win 7 doesn't.
.It refuses to even see a Network.

Using Belkin N Wireless USB Network Adapter.

I need something that will connect with both. USB or PCI.

I need what remains of my hair.

Tried disconnecting Ethernet cable on base PC, and use Belkin USB wireless adapter, again no connection to Windows 7.

There must be someone out there having this trouble, and possibly found a solution,

My ISP unfortunately doesn't want to know about any routers apart from Thompson, Netgear, or Xytel.

I found when I did some testing with beta that you can use the Vista based driver from the Belkin website. Save the install file to your dekstop then run it in Vista compatibility mode. This worked 99% of the time for a wide range of hardware including wireless adapters.
