Windows 7: intranet?

04 Aug 2010   #1

Iīd like to set my apache(+php+mysql) running on win7 OS, visible for other members of my lan/wifi group of computers (i.e. typing my IP or alias into browser manages showing my localhost).
But I havenīt been able to google step-by-step tutorial or manual anywhere.
On arch-linux I did it during few sec. so I suppose it isnīt so hard to do so in win7.

Thank you so much for any reply

Windows 7 Ult, Windows 8.1 Pro,

According to the link below port 80 which is the one that apache typically uses is being used by Windows 7 for something else. This link tells you how to fix the problem.

Apache on Windows 7 (WampServer Solution) | worth.Posting

This link seems to have a step by step set up for apache but port 80 was a problem.

Another step by step for this, not sure if this works but it's all I could find.
