Internet Hacked?

Hello everyone.
For a couple of days ago my internet worked all fine, fast & clean.
But for 2 days ago i noticed there was something wrong.. My downloads took me meaby x10 longer than before..!
Well, i have tried to fix this problem by several tryes "Plug everything out of my modern, restart pc, plug all my cabels out of my modern & wait a day b4 turning it on again" But none worked.
So i decided to look who was connected to my router for some strange reason .. AND THEN! I saw a pc named "KASPERSONNE-PC" Was connected.. WTF?
My modern is password protected and well... Yeah its a hard password nothing you just can guess you to.
Im on a BILLION BiPac 5200G R5 - Wireless G ADSL Router.
I have allready contacted Billion with a support form, but well i guess i get faster answer here lolz.
BTW, i also tested my internet speed today but not sure if my speed is fast or slow ..
Heres some pictures :

And another problem is i dont got any "Wireless Icon" to connect to my wireless router to test if its only local cable that make this problem if you know how to get the "Wireless Icon" To show please post here aswell(:

Bet that's it.

I had a power failure a few months back and when it came back on had to reset my router, which blew out the security settings. When I checked my network afterward there was some clown named BeerCanBilly-PC loose on the wireless end.

It's not hard to get through a password without proper encryption. Just ask my high school LOL. I'd say encrypt it as WPA or WPA2. You can also set some routers to make your network invisible to anyone that doesn't know the current name the network.
