Windows 7: Unreliable Incoming VPN

Hello,



I have an iPad that I use to remote desktop to a Windows XP Pro machine using VPN. All works fine every time. I also have a Windows 7 Pro machine that I want to use instead of the XP one, but can't get a reliable VPN connection.

The VPN connection appears to work every time, but I can only get the remote desktop connection about half the times I connect. Sometimes disconnecting VPN and reconnecting works, sometimes not.

Any ideas (in plain English...)???

I'm experiencing 'no internet' but connected problems with my Windows 7 VPN. VPN Sucks. I'm finding it's unreliable.
