Lengthy time to find internet connection
OS: Windows 7 x64 Enterprise Edition
Back in March, I purchased a new HP EliteBook machine. I formatted the machine and installed the OS above. Once I got everything setup and installed all the current Microsoft updates, everything seemed to respond well.
Somewhere along the line though, I believe another update was installed and now, no matter what type of connection I have to the internet (be it hard wired connection or wireless), the machine sits here at lease 5 minutes before it picks up connection.
I see nothing in the event log to understand what the problem is.
Any ideas on how to approve this process.?
