For those asking what the computer is,

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Desktop - Pundit-R

and as far as a driver for the onboard NIC, good luck. I went ahead and downloaded the chipset drivers for it from Asus, and after looking in the INF for it it is an old 3Com NIC and the driver is dated from 2002. It lists support for 20-30 or so different DevID's, and i doubt that you'll find a driver for it.

As I said in your other thread, at least as far as this computer goes you would be better off sticking to XP until such a time as you have a new computer that is actually capable of running Windows 7. If you still want to run Windows 7 (Aero is a lost cause), instead searching high and low for a driver for the onboard ethernet it would be much easier to grab something like this, - AZiO AES100a 10/ 100Mbps PCI Ethernet Adapter 1 x RJ45

only $6.00 plus shipping, and it does have Windows 7 drivers,

AZiO Corp - Support / Download / Wired Networking / AES100A
