    Windows 7 WLAN disabled problem

I have an HP Pavilion laptop and it was working fine until all of a sudden I see that the WLAN is disabled even though I pressed the button that allows the laptop to search for networks (the one that turns blue). I went to HP Wireless Assistant but the button allowing you to Enable/Disable is grayed out as well as the Turn On/Turn Off button. Any advice as to what I should do?

Welcome to SF. Please fill in your system specs. Before you lost you wi-fi, did anything change? Windows updates, software installs? First please check for viruses and malware. Examine your bios to see if the wi-fi is disabled from there. Go into event viewer to see if your wi-fi hardware is disabled. If none of these work, please try restoring your pc to a previous time when you knew it worked. Let us know how this works for you.

I just went through troubleshooting and these two problems were found.

"The Broadcom 43225 802.11b/g/n adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems."
"The Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems."

Go to the HP support/driver site and update your video and sound adapters.

I've downloaded the drivers through my desktop but now the problem is how do I transfer them to my laptop? My laptop will not recognize my USB flash drive and therefore I cannot transfer the drivers. What should I do now?
