The Long Green Bar When Accessing A Homegroup Folder
Laptop connected to my home network. Network folder resides on my media server, shared thru the Homegroup.
Whenever I go to access the network folder, I recieve the Long Green Bar in the address bar. It takes like 30mins to complete.
If I close the window and re-open it even 10 seconds later, it takes another 30mins for the Long reen Bar to finish.
I think my laptop may be trying to index or reindex the share every time. Attached is a snip of the behavior.
Anyone ever seen this behavior and if so, is there a way to turn it off?
Thx, hopefully this thread will help someone else out also.
