if i understand you correctly, neither your laptop or desktop can connect to the internet. but you believe that there's nothing wrong with your internet because your brother's computer works just fine.

please tell me what ip address you get on your laptop/desktop when you connect to your home network. do this by opening a command prompt and typing "ipconfig". what ip address(es) do you get?

that's okay that it's set to automatic. can you give me the first two numbers?

for instance, instead of telling me that your address is "127.0.0.1", tell me that it's "127.0.*.*"

i need to figure out what type of address your computers that can't get to the internet are getting.

    evrything's in Internet connection right , i don't Touch it ~
So problem has no solution except by IP address !!

On the Internet to be on the Preservation of privacy so
shall I keep to myself and not to give the IP address of one of
Because I believe that if the knowledge IP address will be penetrative

by giving me the first two numbers (octets), you maintain your privacy. i'm trying to figure out if you're getting an internal address (e.g. 192.168.*.*) or if you're getting an APIPA address (169.254.*.*).

from there, we can then try and troubleshoot "how much" internet you're getting.
