Is there a way to reset sharing and security for all folders?

I've been trying to set up network sharing for several different drives and folders on my desktop but now I think i've just made things worse. Everything is out of wack now and some things aren't working right.

Is there a way where I can just resst ALL folder sharing and security permissions? I've been searching around google but haven't found any solid advice.

Thanks, but how do you use it? I'm not the best with cmd line tools.
