Simple answer: Disable IPv6, disable the IP Helper service and be happy.

I have set up a HomeGroup on one laptop and then I tried to connect to the same HomeGroup on my second laptop.
On the second computer I entered the correct password but was then told that IPv6 must first be enabled. I have verified that the box next to IPv6 is checked on both computers.
