ie8 crashes when save as dialog appears

I was wondering if anybody else has this issue.
I might have reported the same problem again, but I'm not quite sure since I haven't logged in to the forums for a while.

In at least 3 of my Windows 7 installations to different PCs, I'm experiencing this crash many times when I click on download links.

The "save as" dialog appears to select a download location, and then it crashes... I cannot select a location, I cannot click "save", nothing.
I force the program to exit, and I get "Internet explorer has recovered a tab" getting me back to the download page where I was....the second time it might work with no problems, but it could also take 3-4 times.
I have disabled all IE add-ons...any thoughts?

I have to remind you, it happens to all 3-4 installations I have. Only common apps are the antivirus, which I tested both with AVIRA and AVAST, the same problem occurs.

I'm attaching a picture...

Did you ever get this resolved?

I've seen this issue with the last two installations of Windows 7. Doesn't happen with Firefox, Lunascape, etc., only IE8.

Thanks!
