hi every one I'm new here ^_^

I have some problems with my network settings after turn it on i can't turn it off why????

please i need to turn it of for my privacy files !!!

Are you logged on as the administrator?

Have you made any changes to you user account or the HD?

Do you have a win 7 dvd?

Windows 7 Ult, Windows 8.1 Pro,
 
 

Type services into "search programs and files" hit enter, scroll down to TCP/ip NetBIOS helper service, set to automatic start up and save settings. That should get the network discovery setting working again for you.

If you are running Kaspersky A/V more steps may be required.
