Sharing Internet Connection via Bluetooth

Hi, I have an XP PC directly connected to ADSL (LAN card connected directly to ADSL modem). I have a Bluetooth USB adapter that I can plug into the PC's USB port so that my Bluetooth enabled netbook (windows 7 ultimate) can access it.
How can I safely share the PC's ADSL connection so that the netbook can connect to the net via bluetooth? Thanks.
