Windows 7: Administrator account can't access internet connection!

Hi all,

On my installation I have three user accounts as thus;
We use the admin account only for system maintainance other wise the other accounts are day to day running accounts.

Administrator (admin privileges)
Me (standard restricted priv.)
My partner. (standard restricted priv.)

For some reason, the administrator account will not allow itself to connect to the internet.

Yet the two restricted accounts are having no problems at all.

Any suggestions on what might be the cause?

I reset all IE8's settings to default and now it's fine!

I only realised when I thought i'd boot firefox just to see, and it worked fine.
