    Greetings

    I have installed Real VNC on on laptop, i can get access to others PCs on company but when i want to get access to laptop win7 prof i cannt, firewall is off, internet is connected?
    i got this error: connection reset by peer(10054)

    I would check the setting on the Real vnc.
