Can't Enable ICS
Somewhere along the line I chose an incorrect choice in Homegroup settings and can no longer enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) to turn my ethernet connected laptop into a wireless router. I get an error message "dependency group or sevices failed to start". I am unable to start the all of the services (Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager and Internet Connection Sharing). When I go to start their dependencies I get a 1068 or some other error. Is there some sort of way to return all the settings to factory default? I used the Black Viper default tool for settings but still have the same problem.
