| | Cannot see LAN game servers Hi. I have 5 XP machines and my one Windows 7 box trying to do some LAN gaming. All the XP boxes work great, I start a server on the XP box and all the other XPs see it. Alas, Windows 7 doesn't see it. I disabled the firewall, still no dice. They're all plugged into the same switch. New games work fine, like HL2/L4D but all the older ones we tried have to be manually forced by entering the IP (ST Voyager: Elite Force, HL, UT) Anyone know why? |
