Remote desktop Windows 7 HP 64 connection to Windows 7 Enterprise 32

I am trying to connect from my home PC (windows 7 HP 64 bit) to my work PC (Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit). I use ShrevSoft VPN client. I manage to set up VPN connection but when I start Remote desktop connection with the IP address of my work PC and user name entered I can't get it to connect.
I get those 3 messages...
1.Remote access to the server is not enabled
2.The remote computer is turned off
3.The remote computer is not available on the network

Before, on my old computer I had windows XP and cisco VPN client and everything worked ok until I bought a new PC with Windows 7 HP.
All settings are the same except I use different app for VPN connection.
Any idea what might be the problem?
