    Lost Network connection

Hi, can anyone please help me with a very frustrating problem i am experiencing at the moment. After allowing Norton a remote connection i can no longer see any network connections, wireless or wired. This of course means no internet connection. I tried system restore but get error message and wont allow me to restore to any date.

could be a firewall from Norton blocking it all?

hi all i had that problem when i used norton many moons ago and the way i cured it was uninstall it and uninstall drivers for my wireless and reboot and let windows install the network configs along with the driver for wireless on restart.cant go wrong with Microsoft security suite :)
