    Ping is higher than usally

Since i installed Windows 7 my ping (150-200) in TF2 is much higher. Tried XP on a VMware much lower ping (90-100). Any solutions, tried that regestry fix with the throttling, no difference

Its cant be a ISP issue because with XP on the VMware i get much better ping with it, ofc i cant play on a VM^^. It must be a problem with windows 7...

    You running "homegroup"? IPv6?

type run in search>right click and run as admin> IPCONFIG /all

Make a screenshot and upload the results to us.
