Windows 7 Wireless connection Problem After sleep mode Or Hibernate
Windows 7 Wireless connection Impracticable after PC has been in sleep mode Or Hibernate And Shutdown and Boot to within 30 minutes.
If more than thirty minutes Connection no problem and Connection No problem mode Restart.
Linux Ubuntu Not have This Problem.
I try to follow this thread but I can not find Power management tab.

Additionally, you may also change the wireless network adapter settings to make sure the wireless device isn’t switched off:
1. Click Start, type Device manager in the Start search box and hit Enter.
2. Select Network adapter and expand the same
3. Select the wireless device, right-click and select Properties.
4. Select the Power management tab.
5. Uncheck the option Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
