    Lock Icon on User Account


    I'm having trouble sharing files with other accounts on my computer. I think it has something to do with the lock icon that appears on the lower left corner of my user account name. How can I get rid of this?

    I have seen many problems with members trying to change permissions on system files. Be sure of the file contents, then:

i had a problem before with my files being encrypted and when i reinstall the OS lost all my access to those files because they couldnt be decrypted.. again, for some reason when i go to C Drive> Users> there arel two folders, Eldin and Public. the Eldin folder should be my administrator...
