Another ICS Issue

Ok, I know people must be sick and tired of reading about people being unable to share internet connections. I have read through a myriad of posts and cannot find a solution to my problem.

I have a setup at home like this:
1) One WIN7 pc (Lets call it PC1) connected to the internet via a phone (usb connection)

Using Win XP in the past I have been able to connect to this PC using other machines and go online.

2) I have a second PC (PC2) also running win 7

3) A newly acquired switch (CNET CWR-854)

I have been able to set up a home network "Homegroup" between these two PCs and file sharing is 100%
I have not however been able to connect PC2 to PC1's internet connection. I have enabled ICS and sharing and everything the forums have suggested and nothing.
The CNET device has 4 LAN ports and 1 WAN port and I have tried them all with no solutions. I also have a PS3 which I am trying to connect but that is a story for another day.

Please if anyone has a solution I would LOVE to hear it!!

THANKS!!

It may be as simple as using homegroup. It uses Ipv6 and on some systems that has connectivity issues. the way to verify it is to create a new network connection using workgroup which uses ipv4 instead.

Ok, could you maybe explain how to enable / disable iPv6?

If I connect the PC to the "WAN" connection on the router, does this mean that my internet is being broadcast over the wireless network?

Thanks!
