Con't get my wirelss Laptop homegroup to find my pc ethernet homegroup

Hello all, I have connected my pc to the Linksys Wireless-G 2.4GHz directly with an Ethernet cable and created a homegroup. I then connected my laptop to the linksys with a wireless connection which has a WPA Personal security key. I tried to connect the laptop to the homegroup but instead of having a Join a homegroup button it has create a homegroup.
How do I get the laptop to find the homegroup that is on the pc please?

My question is why cant the laptop see the homegroup from the pc and/or how do I get it to so that I may join them?

Try connecting the laptop with an eithernet cable and see if you can join the Homegroup then. Or try leaving the Homegroup from the PC and then create one on the laptop and join it from the PC.

Homegroup - Leave

Other than those tricks which have been known to work, try going through this Homegroup trouble shooting list making sure that everything is set correctly.
