can't access folders with 2 win7 PCs

I can't access the folder across the home network on another Win7 pc, even though I can see them. Says that I do not have permissions, have granted everyone full access. Have shared folders and turned off network passwords. XP is OK, only the other Win7 PC.

Still no go, any suggestions

Win 7

These are folder on both the C: & D: drives of the new Win7 PC. Can see them, but not access them from any other PC in the group.

From the new Win7 PC I can both see and read/modify all files on the other Win7 and XP PCs.
