No QoS option on Networking tab when setting up a VPN

I'm trying to set up a VPN at work. When I go to the properties of the connection on the NETWORKING tab, I'm supposed to leave the VPN type on Automatic and activate the Internet Protocol Version 4 and QoS Packet Scheduler check boxes.

The problem is that the only check boxes that appear are:

- Internet Protocol Version 6
- Internet Protocol Version 4
- File and Printer Sharing
- Client for Microsoft Networks

I've tried to solve this by clicking on the INSTALL button, then SERVICES but nothing comes up.

Is there a special installation disk or anything I should ask for at work so that the QoS check box appears??

Thanks!
