Network Printers Disappear For XP Users When Logging On To Server

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been mentioned or doesn't belong in this forum. I tried searching but kept getting the usual "install Windows 7 compatible driver on server" posts. This issue is very strange!

All XP users in one of our offices get "no printer installed" errors when one of us (IT Admins) log out of the server (2K3) yet all W7x64 users can still print with no problems. We then have to locally reinstall the network print drivers for all XP users. Very frustrating!

The same compatibility drivers have been installed on all servers in all 8 locations of our WAN. Only one office is experiencing this problem.

Any ideas? Thanks
