Need Help: Can't detect all other Wi-Fi except one network(Home)

Hi! I badly need help. I can't detect all other wi-fi connections except to just one connection which is my Home Network. I have tried detecting other networks when I'm in school and in coffee shops, but my laptop won't detect their networks. My iPhone seems to detect and connect to their connections. So what to do? :<

    Here is my network text.
    Thank you in advance.

You should try disabling those extra virtual adaptors that you aren't using.

You should also uninstall those extra tunnel adaptors which you can see by going into device manager and click the "view" tab and select "show hidden devices". If there are too many of the tunnel adaptors it can cause problems. I have a file that will remove them automatically if there are to many of them. :)

Here is the 6 to4 tunnel adaptor remover file. Save file, unzip and run then reboot machine.
