network card as removable device?
I have an HP 6730b laptop with windows 7 ent on it.
Every time is connect or disconnect the network cable, my network adapter disappears and I need to perform a hardware scan to re-install the network card so I can use LAN connection again.
I can see on the bottom right of my screen that my network card is detected as a removable device, and that it is safe to remove the device, I have added a screenshot of it.
I noticed this happens only on PC's with windows 7 ent on it.
Does anyone else also has this problem?
And does anyone know a solution for it, so I don't have to perform a hardware scan everytime I connect and disconnect a network cable.
PS. It also happens when my pc goes on standby modus.
Thank you for your answers
