IPv6 Challenge and Media Center Challenge

Hello

Issue 1. IPv6 is disabled on a fresh install with all the updates. I followed the instructions in another link and found the Disabled_Parameter and changed it to zero. However, when one re boots, Windows or something changes it back to 255. I have looked at another x64 bit Win 7 install on a different machine and replicated that. Same result. A. I understand that I missed something, can you help me by pointing me in that direction please? B. Also, is it the same type of thing but different for getting Teredo enabled? C, Lastly, if one were so adventerous as to delete Teredo assumming Win 7 would re install it on re boot. How does one get that back?

Issue 2. Power went down in an update of Media Center and now it fails to come up. I have looked on MS's site and didn't see a re install? Any idea where MS hid that?

Thanks in advance. Make sure that you have a great day!
