txgec has not responded since 2010 and I only entered the tread since I am having similar issues. I suspect he/she is long gone. I can start my own but since we are on the subject of time sync and everyone is very helpful in answering my questions so far, why stop now?

click on start, and type cmd in the search box.
This will open a command prompt,
    Type: tzutil /g

    Then press enter,
It should now state what your time zone is set to in the registry.
Is it correct?. If not, let me know what your Time Zone should be, and I will create a command for you to add it to the registry via command prompt.

The reason you start a new thread is so many members see it and their is a better chance of getting more help.
    Have a nice day.
