unusal svchost.exe cpu 100% usage whenever connecting/disconnecting to

hi all

i have windows 7 professional (32bit) on my laptop w/ 2 other wlan card. I always have the internal wlan disabled and use 802.11n usb adapter.

Whenever i connect/disconnect to/from the network, the svchost.exe goes way up and makes my mouse pointer impossible to move smoothly. Svchost.exe is not only the network service but system also.
this happens to both of my wlan cards.

i already have ran vaccine, spyware, malware utils and it was clean.

does anyone can help me out here??
