This sorta thing happens when the TCP/ip stack or winsock gets messed up.

Try running this batch file which will reset winsock, reset the TCP/IP stack and release renew your IP.

Okay ill try that in a second. If this is something to do with the OS, than if I try connecting to my Xbox 360 with wireless, it will have no problem, right?

Try an alternative DNS server such as Google DNS

    Hello,

Is this a wired or wireless connection issue?

Have you tried to Power Cycle your Devices (Modem/Router)?
How to Power Cycle (Restart) your Internet Modem & Router

    Please post an update.
