fully control/share "Program Files(x86)" folder

hey guys how can i fully open share my "Program Files(x86)" on the other network computer? i set-up the advance sharing to everyone with full control,change,and read, but still when i paste some file using network it saying that i need to be Administrator to do that action

You do need to be admin on both (and yes they are different). You also should not be in Program Files as that is solely for legacy for 32 bit apps, shouldnt be anything there that you need to change.
