I didn't read the other thread, I just made the most obvious suggestion.
So if you tried a restore and did an sfc/ scannow already.
You might try a restore further back in time. when it was OK then and isn't after the restore it might be a hardware problem. Fill in your system specs and describe your hardware.
Have you ever tried to connect via cable to that WiFi router ?

    Hi arccuks,

Please try these suggestions in this order. You may stop and there's no need to proceed to the next one if it works.

Remove all wireless profiles stored in his computer and re-connect to your wireless network, make sure that you have the correct encryption needed if your wireless is secured. Click on Start=> Control Panel\Network and Internet\Manage Wireless Networks, then click on remove, then try adding it again.

Check your browser's Proxy settings if there's one setup, remove it if there is. From IE browser go to Tools => Internet Options=> Connections Tab => LAN Settings, uncheck the boxes if it''s checked off.

Restart your computer, tap F8 and select Safe Mode with Networking, in here see if you can connect.

If you still can't connect please provide an ipconfig /all of your problematic computer.
Click on Start => in search box type cmd press enter. From the black screen, type the word ipconfig /all and press enter. Right click on the black screen or Command prompt then choose Select All and Paste the results here.

    Please post an update.
