I have posted my share of requests for help and answers to some others over the years on all kind of forums and sometimes we overlook giving credit where credit is due.
I just upgraded this machine from Vista 32 to Windows 7 64 and experienced problems with my Belkin Express-card F5D8073 N wireless adapter. Long story short I was experiencing all kinds of anomalies.
On a Sunday, I emailed Belkin support prompting for Win 7 drivers
not listed on their site and in one hour I had a reply with the solution.
The solution was to try compatibility mode. I should have known and will in the future but it saved my bacon.
Incase this comes up in a search for someone, if you are using the same card get the driver
from their site and: 1. Right click on the executable file
2. Click Trouble shoot compatibility
3. Select recommended settings and install.
My recommended setting was XP SP2 x64. DONE!
